Delivery & Returns

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is included in the price of each of our gift boxes and all orders are tracked via Royal Mail for peace of mind.

When will my gift box be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. If you order on a Friday or over the weekend your order will be dispatched on Tuesday. You will receive an email notifying you that your gift box has been dispatched.

When will my gift box be delivered?

We send all gift boxes via Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class service which aims to deliver in two to three working days. Most gift boxes are received within 5 working days from their order date.

Can I send a gift box abroad?

We currently only ship orders within the UK but this may change soon so watch this space.

Can I send a personal message with my gift box?

Yes, please add your gift message in the notes box at the shopping bag page and our team will handwrite your message on the back of the A5 print in your gift box.

As my gift box is a gift, will it include a receipt or any prices?

We will include a dispatch note which includes the sender and recipient details. This does not include the price of the gift box. 

Can I return my gift box?

We're sure that you will be satisfied with your order. However, if you are not satisfied or the item has been damaged in transit, you may return your entire gift box in its original condition and packaging for a refund within 14 working days from dispatch, subject to the following conditions:

  1. You must inform us of your intention to return your gift box to us within 7 days of your dispatch date by sending an email to hello@soakheaven.com or by telephone on 01246 749498 Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, clearly stating your reasons for returning the goods. We do not accept returns for individual items or part of the gift box, only complete gift boxes can be returned.
  2. You must wait until we respond with a returns reference number before returning your gift box to us. You may be required to provide photos via email so that we can help you.
  3. Where you have decided that you do not wish to keep the gift box have ordered, postal costs for returned gift box will be your responsibility. If the gift box you received is a damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied, Soak Heaven will refund the postal costs incurred by you.
  4. To ensure that your gift box reaches us safely you must return it to us using a recorded or signed for delivery service. Soak Heaven will not be responsible for any lost or damaged goods. Please retain the proof of postage certificate for your retuned gift box.
  5. You must return the goods unused in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them in.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order once it has been dispatched. Please call us immediately on 01246 749498 if you wish to cancel your order and we will advise if it is possible to do so. If your order cancellation is received before we have dispatched the goods, you are entitled to a full refund of the total order price. Your refund will be credited back to the credit or debit card you used to make the original payment with 3 working days; this may take up to 8 working days to appear in your account.

Can I order more than one gift box?

To order two or more boxes to different delivery addresses, you'll need to place these as separate orders. We can only delivery to one address per order. If you’d like to order multiple boxes or a large corporate order, please call us on 01246 749498 or send an email to hello@soakheaven.com and we will be able to assist you.

I have entered the shipping address wrong, what should i do?

If you have made an error in the shipping address, please call us immediately on 01246 749498 if and we should be able to make changes before the gift has been dispatched. After dispatch we cannot make any changes to the address. We cannot accept responsibility for an undelivered or lost item caused by an error in the shipping address.

My gift box hasn’t arrived what should I do?

If your gift set does not arrive on time we ask that you wait 3 days after the expected delivery date and then email us at hello@soakheaven.com with your order number so that we can investigate and issue a replacement if necessary.

Yes, you can recycle your gift box along with any other cardboard.
